    I would like to change notification settings change from "PHP-Mail" to "SMTP".
    But i can't change to "SMTP", it is not enabled.
    What shall I do to choose SMTP ?

    In Amelia lite version we have just PHP-mail, other options are available just in premium version.

    Whats the difference between Amelia lite and Amelia Free ?

    Which version do I have ?

    That is the same, I made a typo. Amelia lite is free  and it has limited functionalities, premium version you can try on our demo website: https://sports.wpamelia.com/
