I would like to know if is it possible for a customer to reschedule or cancel a meeting? I would like to have the both links in the email notification.

Hi Emilie,
Cancel url can be added to the notification and by clicking on it customer is canceling the meeting. But, regarding rescheduling, that needs to be done in the front-end customer panel, link for the panel you can add to the notification too.
