I really love your plugin and the dashboard that comes with it.
Seeing the availbility rate for each service in a glance is very usefull. Like that we can easily open up more time slots when we notice that one is getting full.
Is there a way to have all services visible at once? Maybe with css or another solution. At this point we only have two pages, but this will grow a little more in the next weeks.
Not sure about this one, as we haven't had such cases so far, the only reason why it could happen is probably the fact that the connection to the server/database is lost on some occasions, so you can't see the data properly in the back-end at that time. You can check with your hosting if this could maybe happen , maybe check the error log to see if there are any errors there.
There isn't a possibility of showing all services at once there with Amelia's current built-in features, unfortunately.
I have the same problem again. I do'nt have much experience how I could see this in the database. However, this information is very important to me. Could you please provide a fix for that?
Like I mentioned, this is probably caused by lost connection to the server/database is lost on some occasions, so you can't see the data properly in the back-end at that time. You can check with your hosting why would this happen , you can ask them to check the server error log and let us know if any errors in relation to Amelia are there.
You can provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look, but like I mentioned above it is most likely that the connection to the server is lost and that needs to be checked in the server error log, with the hosting. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

Hello Laurent,
Glad to see you love Amelia, thank you.
Could you please tell me where exactly are you referring to for the question regarding seeing all services? Is it for the front-end, what view?
Hi
It's in the WP backend Dashboard of Amelia.
Very strange thing now... Last week I was able to see all services there (however on different pages, that was where my original ticket was for).
Now its just blanc. (as you can see on the screenshot).
I am stil the admin of the site, so I should be able to see everything, also when not attached to some service?
Thx!
Strange... now its good again...
> Can you explain why sometimes we can see this data and sometimes not?
> also, to get back to my original ticket question: Is there a way to avoid the pagination there, so all services are visible at once.
thx!
