Customer can not login to her account. The username and password are correct but still getting Error msg. I have change the password to try if it works but still no luck. The customer doesnt even get forgotten password notification. What do i do?
I suppose you're referring to the Customer Panel, correct?
The Password Reset email should work if all your other notifications work - can the customer check the SPAM folder?
If that doesn't work either, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I don't understand what you mean, you cannot change the password for your customer manually, unless you already have their password, and can change it from within the panel.
You can't add the customer panel link like this:
The URL in the hyperlink needs to be the %customer_panel_url% placeholder, similar to the "Customer Panel Access" notification (which you have turned off, so when customers click on "reset password", this notification is not sent):
