I am planning to buy the wpdatatables plugin and also one of your add-on.
My question is on the charts.
1) I am planning to add a lot of charts (1000+). Will this slow the website?
2) Highcharts is a premium plugin. How are you able to provide without the bookmarks? Will highcharts be supports throughout the life?
3) Do you plan to provide the same level of export options from highcharts to Google charts?
4) What's the easiest way to add charts to post? Is there an alternative to conventional method?
My questions on the tables -
I am planning to use MYSQL or SQLserver. I am new to SQL. This may be a layman question - how much does it cost to save the data in the cloud? The size of the csv are not large. Under 50MB.
Do you offer support to import CSV to SQL? What's the cost?
wpDataTables is using free libraries of chart engines, so it cannot create all available charts with all available features.
1. That depends on your server performance and hosting plan, but if you're not adding all those charts in the same page, it shouldn't slow down the site.
2. Until recently, a separate license of Highcgarts needed to be purchased, but not anymore. We've reached an agreement with Highcgarts, so you don't need another license to use them on a commercial site.
3. Not at the moment. For now, only Highcgarts can be exported into image files.
4. Easiest and quickest is by copying the chart's shortcode, but you can also use wpDataCharts gutenberg block.
As for SQL, I'm not sure I understand your question about the cloud. Can you please explain in a bit more detail?
We don't provide support for custom SQL queries, but we would be able to help you import a CSV file in the database.
Thank you. Have purchased the lifetime subscriptions for the plugin and the add-on. I am new to CSV upload to SQL. Could you please help me how to do this?
Can you please open a new ticket in the "wpDataTables" section, so we can verify your purchase? Also, the pre-purchase section is reserved for questions made before purchase, and you're a customer now.
I'll gladly explain what you need to do in that new ticket.
