Can you please revert working hours in WordPress general settings back to Berlin.
Also, please take a look at your calendar settings, because having CET instead of GMT is not something that can be set in Amelia, as this may cause that time difference issue.
Where/how can I change the time setting from GMT to CET.
It is confusing when the entry says 9:00 in the time message 7:00 - 8:30 GMT.
Hi Richard,
Thank you for your message.
You can change it via WP General Settings:
Hi Den,
the entry within settings has been set to Berlin, which is correct for me, see first attachment.
But when you look into the entry at the calendar it shows the time for GMT, this should also be CET (Berlin).
Richard
Hello Richard,
Can you please try to set is as CET instead of Berlin and see if it works.
Hello Den,
in my setting I have only the option to set a country name or UCT.
I have changed the setting to UCT+1, but also here the entry is not correct, see the attachment.
Best regards
Richard
Hi Richard,
Thank you for your message.
Let me clarify this with my tech team and get back to you.
Hi Richard,
My colleague just added "description" and "metaData" into wp_options/amelia_settings.
This will not be applied to previous appointments and events, but only for future ones. Can you please test it, it should work fine.
Hi Den,
can you tell me where to find the the file wp_options/amelia_settings.
I checked my whole site set-up but could not find such a file.
Kind regards
Richard
