We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi,

    I'm a realtor and organizing showings.

    Next Saturday, for example, this is my schedule :

    • Between 11am & 1pm, Service "30 min" is available at location A
    • Between 2pm & 4pm, Service "20 min" is available at location B

    So, I've created the services and the location.

    In the related employee (there is only me currently), I've added 2 lines in "special days" for Saturday. https://ibb.co/sKMS3Z9 & https://ibb.co/Sn0hpnx

    There is no appointment in my google agenda (https://ibb.co/dpFqyM9) but only one of these time slots appears as available... https://ibb.co/0sWQVDL & https://ibb.co/2t78tb6 

    What could go wrong ?

    Hi Den,

    As I need to fullfil my agenda (directly in google agenda then...) for Saturday, the situation will change in the next minutes.

    It doesn't mean the problem is solved of course.

    Tonight, I'll try to reproduce this error with different time slots.

    Thanks for your patience.

    My colleague has fixed the issue and here are some comments as well.

    it's not recommended to create two special dates for the same day. Your employee's special day has been modified, so both periods are included in one special day:
