I have two employees and one location. So when a client makes an appointment the employee will be scheduled/blocked and is not available. Of course that's correct. But at the same time the other employee is still available (on that specific time) and can be booked. That's not correct because the location is not available.
So there has to be a connection between availability of the location and the employee. When a location is booked at a specific time it must not be available for another appointment. How do I do that?
Unfortunately, Amelia doesn't have such feature at the moment. It is planned to be added in the future. If you need both employees to be blocked once one employee has an appointment booked, you need to connect both employees to the same Google Calendar, and also enable "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" from Amelia Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar.
Please, let me know if you have any further questions.
