In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

1 - For my company, I want to design an "employee" who works 7/7 from 9:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. (in the evening therefore). I can't do it ...
2 - In front end "Booking Search View", I would like the "options" to appear AFTER the choice of time slots. Is it possible ?
3 - We would like to offer "Last-minute" offers to our customers (eg -20% on slots still available within 3 hours.) Do you think you will add this function one day?

1. I am afraid you can only set up working hours within 1 day (24 hours) there is no option to carry over your working hours.
2. Unfortunately, it's not possible with the current frontend facilities.
