when i try to add the amelia booking to my website it either tells me that i have to set up an employee, category, and service first, which i have. or if i use shortcode it just keeps loading.
Can you please open Service edit modal and take a look in the Employees: option whether you have selected employees (or take a look in the edit Employee modal, in the Assigned Services tab whether you have checked services)? There needs to be a connecting with assigning those so the plugin can work properly.
If you have set all these, try deactivating and activating plugin again and if this doesn't help then please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
