If I understand you right, you can create manual table with column(integer or float) that need to be inserted with customer data and then you can create Formula column with calculation that you need.
Like this user can insert new data and when he clicks save it will be added in table with calculation in formula columns.

Hello there, I have an excel table simulation in which a person can introduce data and the file will calculate a result.
Can this be done with the plugin WP data tables, so my customers can simulate a result by introducing data in a table?
If this is possible I will definetly will purchase the plugin. If you have a video example where this process is shown I will appreciate it.
