I have Amelia installed on both a dev site at norvado.com/dev    and on the live site at    norvado.com.     The dev site is simply a copy of WordPress installed within a /dev directory.

Amelia works on the dev site but not on the live site.  Causing huge problems. I use UpdraftPlus to push the dev site to the live site.  This should not break Amelia, but it does.

Please provide an update.  I have the plugin working and the schedule will contain conflicts unless I am able to resolve this issue immediately.

    HI Patrick,
    Thank you for your purchase.

Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Kind Regards,

I am using UpdraftPlus to move the site.  I have been using this plugin, which is similar to Duplicator, for many years and have never encountered this issue.  Updraft should be reproducing the database exactly as the source site, but only changing the URLs as needed - it does not alter database table names or database names at all.

I am the web person for Norvado.com and the person who purchased this plugin is Chad Mix from that company. I originally thought that the problem happened due to licensing issues.  That should not be the case.
