We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Amelia has an event system, can it be used to say schedule an event (lets say Nov 1st, 2020) all day and require people book specific times (appointments) in that event rather than selling tickets for the entire thing?

    I'm a photographer, I have mini sessions regularly, so I could have a christmas mini, at a specific date and time which I call an event. It has a specific price (could me more or less than my usual prices) and has specific time slot durations. It may also have a specific location.

    I can't seem to set an event up in this manner, but I would love to. Can you show me if this is possible perhaps by setting something up on your demo site?

    Thanks so much for your interest.

    We do not have an option to book appointments inside the event. But you can set appointments that are available on specific day, by setting up availability and time available for booking in advance. So the only possibility would be to use just appointments for you purpose.
