We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

just would like to know which are the differences between basic and the rest before i can purchase it.

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
At the moment the only difference between licenses is in the number of domains on which you can use the plugin. Basic license allows you to use our plugin on one domain and multiple subdomains of the same domain, Pro license allows you to use our plugin on three domains and multiple subdomains of those three domains and Developer license is unlimited in number of domains. Also you have option to choose if you will buy yearly subscription or lifetime license for each of these three. Yearly subscription means that you will have 1 year of our updates, and our premium support beside the plugin, and if you cancel the subscription after the first year expires you will still be able to completely use our plugin just without our updates (new features and stability improvements) and without our support.
