We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Critical error on one(important) page of website with a table displaying data from a spreadsheet using the WPDatatables plugin. All plugins are up to date. We have verified the error is caused by the WPdatatables plugin. This is the page
https://intervalfundtracker.com/data/active-interval-funds/
Not only is the page not working for visitors, but I am also unable to edit the page in worpdress(I also get a critical error). Additionally, if I try to edit the table on this page using WPDatables, I get the same error.
I've attached 2 screenshots. "WPDatatables Critical Error" is what visitors see on the page. "WP DataTables Critical Error 2" is what I see when I try to edit the table that appears on this page.
Note WP Datatables appears to be working on other pages of the website, with Manual Tables. This one page with the problem is the only page where the table that is supposed to be displayed is created by uploading an excel spreadsheet.
Please advise how we can fix this as soon as possible. I submitted a private ticket earlier this week but did not receive a response.
Here is the text of the error:

There has been a critical error on your website.
I submitted this ticket last week and still have not received a response. Are you still providing support for WPDatatables or not? As this ticket indicates, this product is no longer functional for tables made from spreadsheets. Please fix this or provide me a refund as soon as possible.
Hi JACOB,
Sorry for late response.
We are located in Serbia and our working time is from 10:00 to 17:00 CET. business days.
We notice that you open two tickets with same issue, and we already answer you on the previous one, so I will close this one.
Thank you for understanding.
Kind Regards,
Isidora Markovic
