We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I just made a new website for dog trainings and i used amelia as event calendar.

    https://www.finderwille-frankfurt-main.de/termine/

On an android device (Samsung S10, Samsung Tab S6) I can't enter new events.

It says "Bitte wähle ein Datum" even if I entered a date.

Second point : I don't have a widget to show the next 3 events on the home page on the right side. I tested amelia on another provider and there I had a widget "event list" : http://sevencbq.apps-1and1.net/

When the widget is working, where can I change the design ? I dont like the different fonts, I would like to have all lines with the same font.

Another wish : I would like to mark events as "not bookable" when there is a link to another side.

    Greetings Bernd

    Hello Bernd,

    Thank you for your message.

Can you please share a screencast of the issue, so that I can pass it to my dev team.

Regarding your second and third questions, please, could you share more details as well. Screenshots/screencast would be super useful.

Here is an attachment where you can see that I can't enter a date on an android device.

    Hello Bernd,

Please, could you confirm which Android device are you using?

I can see a desktop Chrome browser on the screenshot.

  • Bernd Quambusch replied

Now it is working, you changed it ?

I tried on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 6 with Chrome and on a Samsung S10 Lite with Chrome Browser.

    Thank you

    Bernd
