My clients use the option to reschedule my service date a lot. The problem is that they cannot reschedule the date of the same service with another employee, it always has to be with the same employee.
However, each employee has a different schedule and if the client has the option to reschedule the service, the logical thing is that they can choose any date of service, regardless of the employee.
They can reschedule an appointment but they need to remove any of the filters/options in the appointment that is related only to that employee first and then they will be able to choose another employee/time/etc. So, if the date/time is for that employee only, remove them first, if the location is assigned to only that employee remove it as well, and then you will be able to have more employee options in edit/reschedule appointment window.

From the employee side, I do see that there are all the options to reschedule. I mean from the client side.
For example:
A dental clinic offers teeth whitening service. In this service there are a total of 7 employees, one for each day of the week. The client reserves this service on Tuesday, that day is employee 2. If this client wants to reschedule the reservation, he can only reschedule with employee 2, that is, only on Tuesdays, although the teeth whitening service is available every day of the week.
From what I understand, the client cannot reschedule the same service if it is not with the same employee?
I find it a bit strange that this is the case, and perhaps there is some configuration that allows the customer to reserve any enabled time of the service and is not limited to rescheduling only with the same employee.
Customers can reschedule their appointments only with the employee that is assigned/chosen for that appointment. Unfortunately, they can't change the assigned employee, so they can't choose other employees' dates/times. Customers have only the reschedule date and time options, and they don't have the possibility to edit/change the employee in the appointment.
Thank you for your suggestion, we will add it to our "to-do" list, but please feel free to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
It probably can be done with some custom work (although we cannot guarantee that, since it would require a lot of code changing), but our developers are very busy at the moment, working on some priority tasks and fixing bugs and issues with our plugins, so they won't be having the time for custom work in near future.
