We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi, Any idea if it's possible to have the custom fields comma separated in the export?
Also if a customer adds multiple people to their order, where are the custom fields details and can they be exported?
Mark
Hello Mark,
There isn't a possibility to change the export view in Amelia, unfortunately, but I will add it as a feature request/suggestion to our list.
There isn't a possibility for customers to provide data for the people they bring in, via the default fields in Amelia, you can only add custom fields for this purpose, if that would be suitable for you.
If you can add it to the feature list that woudl be great.
So if I need to add custom fields that is fine, but what if the number of participants vary?
Of course, Mark, I added it to our list. You can check if there is such request here https://wpamelia.cnflx.io/boards/feature-requests and vote for it, as well.
Unfortunately, the custom fields can't be conditional, and can't vary on the number of people chosen. So, you would need to find some work-around to have all of their information in the same field or something like that.
