In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I like the option to reschedule but I don't want to see the option to cancel. How could I remove the word "cancel" in the student control panel?

Unfortunately, the Cancel button in the drop-down can't be hidden, because adding custom CSS would hide also the User profile for that customer. The CSS class for both of the drop-downs is the same and it affects both. So, only both of these can be hidden or none.
There is the option Minimum time required before cancelling/rescheduling that you can set per service in each service modal on the Amelia -> Services page and for all services together in Amelia -> Settings -> General. You can set some period of time that won't be achievable, but that option affects both cancelling and rescheduling. Another option is to try hiding the Cancel button in the Panel with adding custom CSS.
