    Hey guys,

    I have 2 queries about the plugin. Do you guys offer features that allow:

    1. The user to upload a file (image)

    2. Allow me to display a step-by-step guide (in image format) showing the customer what details I need

    Thanks for your interest.

    Yes, you can ask for the file with Attachment custom field. 

    Not sure I understand the second question. You can not set image in the booking form, but you can place it on the same page as the Amelia shortcode.
