Hello,
I have two questions:
- Is it possible to synchronize several calendars to one employee?
- Is it possible to not display the employee's choice on the front panel when a department has several employees assigned and to display the calendar directly so that it automatically assigns an appointment to the available employee in the time slot chosen by the user?

- Is it possible to synchronize several calendars to one employee?
Unfortunately this is not possible at the moment, only 1 calendar can be assigned to the employee.
As for other question:
You can use CSS to hide the Employees in the booking form, and the plugin will chose randomly the employee and display his/her time slots for the selected service.
