We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    On mobile, the Continue button after selecting date/time doesn't appear. You cannot book on mobile. What is the fix for this?

    Thank you for your purchase. 

    Could you please tell me have you tried it on more devices? What device exactly do you use? It can be maybe some conflict or so, for some screen width. Could you please check the demo sites as well, and let us know if you have the same issue there?  I checked your website now on my mobile phone, and it works properly, please look at the attachment.

    I have an iPhone 7 where this isn't working. Looking in console, I see this. Appears to be an error with Amelia.

    Could you please tell me have you checked our demo sites as well using your phone? 

    We tried on another iPhone, and it works properly. 

    The errors that you see in the console log can appear in Amelia, but they don't have any affect on the plugin's or website's functionality. our developers are aware of this and they will try to remove them for the future updates of Amelia.

    We had one user that had a case that they need to double click on a time slot on their website, so could you please check if this is the same issue?

    The demo sites work. Mine doesn't. I tried activating an alternate theme and it did work so looks like it's a theme issue. 


    Perhaps related to the jQuery migration. Given that, can you weigh in on a fix. I have the migration plugin operating but apparently it's not enough.

    Thank you for checking this out, Aaron. Definitely some conflict with the theme. I will forward this to one of our developers so they can check it out, if they can see the cause and the nature of the conflict. Could you confirm you now have your theme active on your website, right? I will get back to you as soon as I have some feedback from our developer.
