    I am getting intermittent AJAX and JSON errors. Not repeatable until they don't stop. :-P I have no idea what is causing them, or what options I might have to fix the issue. Usually it happens when the site is getting more use, so it may be a server issue, but I would like to be sure before moving to significantly more expensive hosting for this site.

    Also, some oddities in searching. For example, if I search for "duet" I get lots of listings, but if I add any letter(s) to restrict it (so if I want to find a duet with Katy Perry as a singer - not that *I* would, but it's an example -  I search "katy duet" and get nothing, and yet I can see on the first page of results for "duet" that there is, indeed, a duet with Katy Perry in the list. So - searches aren't working how the end users of the site expect.

    Thank you for your purhcase.

    We need to investigate this, because something break that JSON response and it is not shown, so we can see exact error.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login and FTP credentials for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    About the search that is normal behavioral in filters each because when you type" katy duet" it is searching that fraze in each cell, not separatly. so if you need to look for Katy Perry (Duet) you will need to insert      "Katy Perry (Duet)" or "katy perry (duet)" or "perry (duet)" or just "duet"

    We can't see why this is happening - the error that appears doesn't have any valid response that would tell us why it's happening.

    Can you clone your website?

    If yes - I'll ask you to install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files which you can send me (along with the log-in credentials), and then I can create an exact copy of your website, see what the issue is and try to resolve it.

    Please note that the files will be too large to attach to the ticket, so you can upload them via wetransfer.com and just send me the link.

    Also, please remember this is a public ticket, so enable the PRIVATE response again when sending the link.

    As for the plugin, please don't mistake wpDataTables for a database management tool. It's a simple data table plugin, which is used to create tables on your website. It has a feature to create tables from your existing database tables and entries, but it's not designed to work as a database management tool, so it has limitations in this regard.

    This ticket should not have been closed just because I fell and hurt my back and couldn't reply inside an unnamed window. The problem still exists!!

    I have installed and activated your Duplicator plugin. I never use it. If you want a staging copy of my site, I can provide that. If I am expected to send you files from Duplicator, I need better instructions than "install the Duplicator plugin. It will generate a couple of files which you can send me"

    PLEASE let me know what you're looking for, specifically. Login credentials have not changed.

    Hello Kerri-Anne

    I'm sorry to hear you suffered an injury.

    We receive over 100 tickets every day, and the system closes inactive tickets after 7 days if no replies are received in that time. As you can see, you can simply respond to the ticket, and it will reopen.

    If you can provide us with a staging site, and FTP credentials, we won't need the duplicator files.
