We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

Problem with export of appointments

    Hi,

    When exporting appointments to csv the info of customers (name, email and number) is all in the same column. It would be great that those fields also are comma separated, because now I can't do anything whith that. 

    Lets say I would like to send a manual email to all customers comming to a specific service. With this export it's nearly impossible to do tasks like that.

    This is how it works now, and yes, we are totally aware that this is not usable for some purposes.

    We will fix this in the near future.

    But, can you tell me, what do you think how this should be handled for group appointments?

    That's a good question. 

    Extra coma's, or maybe another separator would already be handy. 

    I know for sure you'll find a great solution for this.
