We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi,

    i see in the another ticket your roadmap but i don't see Mollie paiement yet do you have a new roadmap ?

    +1 I bought Amelia when I saw new booking form within the roadmap. When will this be added?

    Hi Hajjar and Hasan,

    Thank you for your inquiries.

    We have slowed down a little bit due to this Covid-19 situation but we still plan to work on these feature for the future updates. We are currently working on the Packages feature and after that we will work on the new booking forms and Mollie integration. We are giving our best to work as fast as we can and we hope that from now on updates with larger features will come faster.

    do you have any planned for mollie's integration ?

    We don't see anything in your roadmap since a couple of weeks

    Do you have a beta version ? Do you have planned something for the next weeks ?

    Hello Hajjar

    Due to COVID-19, our roadmap has been changed, and we've been focusing on adding new Amelia features (like Packages option for Pro licenses). Our developers are currently developing a new Customize feature, and working on Events calendar for front-end.

    Mollie integration is still planned, but it has been postponed. We do not have any roadmaps available for public, since the situation is making us change our plans as we develop.

    Sorry for the inconvenience, but I don't have an ETA for Mollie payments.
