    Hi,

We have multiple locations. Some of our employees also work on multiple locations.

Is saw an employee could only be attached to one location.

Is the solution to make "two" employees like:

    - Karen Kortrijk

    - Karen Ieper

Or is there a beter solution?

Sometimes there are employees that even work on 4 locations.

    Thx!

    Hello laurent veys,

    Thank you for your purchase.

You can set your employees to work on different locations at different times. You choose one default location in the Details tab for that employee, but when you go to the Work Hours tab you can set different work time periods for each day in the week and assign different services and locations to each work time period.

When you click on the 'pencil' icon you can edit that work time period, and by clicking on the '+' sign next to Apply to All days you add a new work time period.

There isn't a possibility to set different locations for one work time period, though, if that is what you want to achieve. If this is what you need, you can see if custom fields would be helpful - one custom field with multiple locations options.  You can read more about custom field following this link

    Hi,

Thank you for you reply. We are planning to use this for another purpose. I work for a school and sometimes we have informationDays. So basicly alle our opening hours are closed, and they are only opening using the "special days" tab.

I now resolved it with making lots of users.

    userkortrijk1

    userkortrijk2

    userkortrijk3

    userkortrijk4

    userkortrijk5

    userieper1

    userieper2

    ...

This because we always start with like two employees at one location. If there is much interest, we enable another. However... setting a bigger nummber in attendees is not the right way, because we need to steer it per day.

I think I'll keep to this solution. Not ideal, but workable.

    Thx for your answer!

    You are welcome!

The only way to set different location for the same employees is for different work time periods/days under the Work hours tab or when you create Special days . But for the one time period,  employees can work only at one location, not more. So, if that doesn't work for you, I'm glad to see you have found some solution suitable for your use case.
