In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

It is not possible to connect the employee with the woo product, but you can connect service with the product.

To clarify, I'm wondering if there is a way to use Amelia with the woo commerce plugin Product Vendors allowing employee's to take a cut of a sell directly instead of receiving a paycheck.

At the moment, we have integration with WooCommerce, and integration with any of its add-ons is not confirmed, so we cannot guarantee that it will work.
I don't recall seeing WCVendors installed on any of the websites I've visited, so I cannot say for sure if it will work or not.
You can connect your existing WooCommerce products with Amelia's services, but you wouldn't be able to book package slots, only one slot per booking session.
