We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi, We are looking to use Amelia for Driving School instructor booking system and want the option for an employee (Instructor) to be available at multiple locations. A user can then choose the option to book at any of that location for that Instructor. Is that possible through Amelia? Thanks

    Hi Adi,

    Thanks so much for your interest.

    Employee can work on different locations, but you need to set this in employee working hours, unfortunately it is not possible for employee to be on multiple locations at the same time.

    That's very disappointing and a key component for allowing any business that uses this to truly scale they business with this software.

    Hi,

    I understand, we will improve this in the future.

    For now the only possibility is to add this as a custom-field. For example, you can use Select box custom field that will look like something like this: https://share.getcloudapp.com/7Ku8Zy71

     This way you will have information which location you customer has chosen.
