Hi there, i've set up Amelia on my site and have a couple of issues/problems:
When I receive notification emails, the extras service shows in gmail, but does not show in my Outlook 365 email. So I cant see if the extra has been added to an order. email placeholder, so that is not the issue. As I said, this shows when I receive notification in gmail!
Another issue is that I cannot accept more than 1 appointment in a day. But I have capacity for 25 per day. Is this because the duration is 8 hrs (the whole day)? If so, how do I accept multiple appointments for any date, as I cannot seem to disable the duration facility, which I do not need.
Please make sure to update the plugin to v2.9.2 first (if you haven't already). Then, please test the email in outlook. I couldn't replicate this issue on my end.
As for appointments - if the service has max duration set to 25, please go to Appointment settings, disable the first slider and enable the second slider, and that should work.
If you're still having issues with the extras in Outlook email, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

Hi Marija, thanks for the reply. I looked at events instead, but I don't think you can add extra's to an event, which I need, so I don't think that would work. Please correct me if I am wrong about that.
Hi, I'm trying suggestions, so I have created an additional employee called winstons Daycare2 and allocated it all the services, but when I try to book one of the services again it still blocks these out where the service has already been booked using another employee...yet the capacity is 25. I would have thought that there should be 2 slots avaialble for booking the same appointments on the same day since I added another employee to this service? but it does not seem to work. Can you help or let me know if this is possible? thanks again.
I still see some dates not available, when they should be. for example, if I try to book a "trial session" for the 20th or 21st, it is not available. But why is this, as it should be available to book. the only these two dates have other appointments already booked, but there are staff available and allocated, so should it show as being bookable? thanks
When you are posting on tickets that are not yours, can you please open a new one, and we will help you there? In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in different tickets so other customers or our support agents can find it easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that is described already.
Thank you for understanding.
Please be more specific when you open a new ticket, and provide us with some screenshots. There could be multiple reasons why you're not seeing what you wish to see. Are those time slot steps, actual time slots during the day, working hours?

Hi again, thanks for the reply. The front end page is as follows: https://winstonsdoggydaycare.co.uk/services2/

You are welcome.
The shortcode on the page is for one employee only, so this is why you see only this employee's availability. Please look at the attachment.
Hi again, I manged to get this done using CSS. Thanks
I've just seen your new reply, glad to see you managed to hide that with CSS, thank you for letting us know!
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
