Greeting!
I am running amelia 2.9.1
In Roles Settings i have disable employees to manage their appointments but still when i logged into the employee's panel the option is still there. i dont want my employees to schedule appointments from the panel, since they cannot add a new customer except an existing one.
Hello Ahmad Abdullahi Ahmad,
I've just checked this on our testing website, and it works properly. It can be that you accessed the panel while logged in to WP as an admin, and that employee/admin has mixed permissions now in Amelia. Could you please access the panel in incognito mode? Also, create a new employee and login with their credentials to the panel and see if this is happening for this employee as well - make sure to access the panel in incognito mode or while logged out from WP.
Let me know if this helped.
I have seen it
but nevertheless its taking longer time before reflecting on the site
That shouldn't be the case. Please check your server response , as the admin ajax calls from Amelia need server response.
After I change it on our testing website, it just takes refreshing the front-end page to reflect the change I made in the back. So, I am not sure what could make this issue on your website.
