The pricing on your page says the cost of one sms in Poland is: $0.0615.
But one sms subtracts ± $0.15 from the Balance (+ additional 23% VAT). which is over 2 times more, or 3 times more if you account for VAT.
I can understand VAT, but I don't understand why you take over twice the money for the sms.

Can you please tell us the exact price that you've got for sending SMS? The price of $0.0615 is for one SMS message, if your message is longer and has lots of characters it can cost more, like two or three messages so pay attention at the amount of text in it.

How many letters counts as one sms?
That depends on the encoding, Biiird Studio
GSM (standard, Latin letters) messages contain 160 characters. Large messages are segmented into 153 character segments and sent individually then rebuilt by the recipient's device. For example, a 161-character message will be sent as two messages, one with 153 characters and the second with 8 characters.
If you include non-GSM characters like eastern characters in SMS messages, those messages have to be sent via UCS-2 encoding. Messages containing any UCS-2 characters are limited to 70 characters and will be concatenated into 67-character message segments, even if the messages contain less than 160 characters.
