Is it possible to show different calendar options and availability to different people?
So for example I want to show a company time slots on a specific day between 2pm - 6pm - I dont want them to have the ability to pick slots outside of that. But I want to show another company the other slots that day and make them available to them but not the 2pm-6pm slots.
This would be possible only if you create two different employees and set different working hours for them and then put two different booking forms on two pages where each form will have Employee ID as preselected booking parameter, in that way on two different pages different available time slots would be shown (because two different employees would be selected during the shortcode creation). However, if you want to restrict other company from accessing different page you would need to create some sort of a login or something similar and this cannot be done with our plugin.
Thanks for your response. Is there any way to limit what days can be booked even? Similar to the ways an event can be scheduled for a specific day is it possible to somehow limit appointments?
The scenario is I want to be able to offer a company a set date and a specific window of time to book appointments - lets say between 2pm - 4pm on the 22nd October. I dont want them to be able to pick different time slots outside of that or different days...but I want to make those other dates and times available for other companies to book. Is something like this possible somehow?
Yes, if you want just one Day to be available, then go to the employee's profile, delete the Working hours (on the Working hours tab) and go to the Special Days tab in employee's modal and create just one Special Day for 22nd of October, set working period from 2pm to 4pm and assign a service with duration of 2 hours.
Then for that particular company you can show a booking form with predefined employee ID of just that one employee and in that way that company will only be able to book 22nd October from 2pm to 4pm.
Thanks for your reply and that info. Can you confirm if someone makes bookings and then I was to remove that Special Day that those appointments would remain unaffected?
The scenario is I need to make a certain day available to a company but for all employees not specific ones. So for example 20 employees and I want company X to be able to book people on Dec 23rd for various hours..so I make a Special Day for that and let them book.
I then want to make Dec 20th available to another company ..but I dont want them to have access to Dec 23rd or be able to book times for that day...if I remove Dec 23rd and then create a special day for Dec 20th will it have any impact on the bookings made for the 23rd if they are already booked and approved and in the system as appointments?
Yes, if you have booked appointments on special days, and remove those special days afterwards, the appointments will not be deleted.
As for the companies, I'm not sure if you have a multi-site, where each sub-site is for a different company, or are you handling everything through one website.
If everything is going through the same website, there's no way you can limit company1 from seeing company2's available dates.
What you described should work - create a special day until all available time slots are booked, then delete that special day and create a new one.
When someone books an appointment they can save it to their choice of calendar - ical, outlook, Google Calendar etc. Is there a place where you can edit the description of this booking and put in the placeholder for the zoom call so theres a link to that?

Hello Alan
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
We will work on it in the future, but I can't say when it will be included.
