There isn't a possibility for Packages in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately. We are currently working on this feature and it will be implemented in one of the future updates of Amelia, but for now we can't say when that will be.
Tracking customers as an option in Amelia isn't available. You can check out the Web hooks feature , it is used for sending data from Amelia after some actions via hooks to some other automation tool, so youc an see if you can use this for your use case. https://wpamelia.com/web-hooks-settings/
There are no options for paying employees in Amelia.
The payment methods in the plugin are PayPal and Stripe, and there is a WooCommerce integration. There is an option for offline payments - the on-site option. https://wpamelia.com/configuring-payments/
