We have had to deactivate the Amelia plugin as it is causing a conflict with the Caldera forms plugin that we have on our site. We also have Caldera forms Anti-Spam installed. Caldera is set to send mail though Sendgrid and we've set up the Amelia notifications to go through the Sendgrid server as well.
If we activate Amelia then the forms just hang. We have also tried WP mail on both but the same problem happens.
Unfortunately, issues like conflicts with third party plugins or themes are always possible due to the nature of WordPress.
We haven't had a complaint about a conflict with that plugin so far, so we are not familiar with it or the nature of the conflict. In general , if you have another plugin for sending emails/SMTP communication on your website, you should choose WP mail in Amelia and it will use that other plugin's configuration for sending emails. But if this conflict was the case, the email notifications wouldn't work.
Could you please send us that plugin, so we can install it in our local environment and take a look at the issue? Our developers will check out the nature of the conflict and whether it is solvable or not. Also, could you explain the issue in more details or send some screenshots? Please check Private reply bellow the message, so no one would see the message besides us.
