We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi,
I would like to request a feature or want to ask if it's possible to show a locations locator with a map in the front-end?
So an interactive map where all locations are shown and you can enter an address and the map show all locations in an radius of the entered address.
Just like this plugin: https://wpstorelocator.co/demo/
Hello there.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
We will be working on this in the future, but at the moment this is not possible.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi there,
I need exactly the same feature for a customer. If it won't be possible in the next 2 weeks, we have to leave Amelia...
It is still a great plugin but not yet perfect ;-)
Kind regards, Marco
Thanks for the support, Marco.
I'm sorry to disappoint you, though, but something like this will not be implemented in the next 2 months (at least), let alone 2 weeks.
If that makes you leave Amelia, I'm sorry to hear that, but I can understand.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksander,
yes I know two weeks or months are a short for implementing this feature. So maybe there will be a sidestep? Is it possible to create a separate link for each appointment? Then it would be possible to put the link in the store locator map.
That is exactly what we need for 3 customers! So we would pay for it separately, as we really really need that. How much would it cost if you customise this "link feature"?
Kind regards, marco
Hello again Marco
Well, including it on front-end is not possible in any way.
What you can do is use [ameliabooking service=1], so a page for each service, and then use another Map plugin, which will show the location on a map below or above Amelia's booking form.
That would allow you to post specific locations on a map on the same page where the service can be booked. It's the only workaround for now, but it involves a 3rd party plugin.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
