We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
hi there
have a question about WooCommerce integration.
I am building a salon site which has both purchasable products, and bookable treatments.
I want to use WooCommerce for the products, and Amelia for bookable treatments. The Amelia treatments will have custom fields on booking such as health questionairre fields.
If I use WooCommerce for payments...
What happens to the custom fields that I have on Amelia, are these saved in the booking calendar for the order, even though payment goes through WooCommerce?
What happens if the customer has both a simple product, and a bookable Amelia appointment in the basket and goes through checkout?
HI Nick,
Thank you for your inquire.
We do have integration with WooCommerce, you can check that on this link
You will need to have product that can serve as connection between Woo and our plugin.
You can also set different WooCommerce products for different services and events.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović

Hi Bogdan
thanks, but that doesn't really answer my specific question.
If i have multiple products connected to multiple Amelia services....
What happens to the custom fields for each service?
are the custom fields saved in the booking calendar for the order even though payment goes through WooCommerce?
What happens if the customer has both a simple product, and a bookable Amelia appointment in the basket and goes through checkout?
HI Nick,
Sorry for misunderstanding.
The custom fields are saved, and you can see them in Appointments page and in WooCommerce order as well, if that service have a custom fields.
Kind Regards,
Miloš Jovanović
