For the notification we re sending from Amelia to their (the one who booked the appointment) mail id is showing as not safe & spam. why is this happening?
Can you guys please help out?

This usually happens if you're using PHP Mail as the sending method. It can, however, also happen if you're using SMPT or WP Mail. There's nothing in the plugin that will help you resolve this issue, and we're experiencing the same issue from time to time.
Please check out this thread about what you can do to prevent this from happening.
