We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
A potential client tried to book a consultation with me and the form didn't load the 2nd step of the booking process. I've just tested this myself and I get the same. There are no fields in which to input details.
It's like this on the live site but when I'm logged in via WordPress it's fine.
It's doing it on:
Hello Gemma,
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here because this ticket is private and nobody can see it except us.
Make the message private because you are posting a username and password with ADMIN permissions to your site....
Hello Gemma
Thanks for the credentials, although I'm reluctant to make any changes without your approval.
Can you please tell me if I have your permission to deactivate other plugins, and temporarily change the theme to see if this is related to that? I'm 90% certain that this is a conflict with something else installed on your website, but I need your approval to test that.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hello Gemma,
Aleksandar is out of the office, but I forwarded this to one of our developers and were waiting a response from them. They checked it out and the only thing they needed to do is to deactivate and activate Amelia back agin on the Plugins page. This should have been done automatically when the version of the plugin is changed, but in your case for some reason it didn't. Please check and let us know if everything works properly now.
Do I need to deactivate and activate myself or has this already been done?
I just checked my live page and it's still an issue - see attached.
They deactivated and activated Amelia , you don't need to do this.
Sorry about that, they checked it only while logged in, this was now a caching issue so we cleared cache on the page (the Hummingbird plugin) and it should work properly now. Please check it out and let us know if everything works well now. Thank you.
Yes - it's now working - thank you.
Great, glad to see that, thank you for letting us know!
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
