In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I have a website for a gym, which has activities that are booked daily. Users tell me that they have to re-enter all their data every time they request an appointment. I have enabled the user panel, but from there, users cannot make an appointment. Can I request an appointment from the client panel?

Thank you for your inquiry.
At the moment customers cannot make the appointment right from their panel but if they stay logged into the panel and go to your page to the booking form their data will be populated and they will not need to enter it again. Also, if the customer is logged into the WordPress during the booking the data will be populated as well. If customer isn't logged in the WordPress or in the Customer Panel during the booking we don't have option how to recognize it and populate data.
