Hi Team,
I need the possebility to set up the amount of booking people in sum. Currently, I can only add the option "Number of Additional Persons:". That means, I have the booking person AND the additional people.
In the overview at the end of the booking, I can see the total amount of visitors. That is ok. But the person who is doing the booking is used to enter the total amount of people in the field.
Even if I write that the customer has to enter the ADDITIONAL amount of persons, they are stupid and do not understand it.
What I could do to solve the issue is, that I change the text in the language file "Number of Additional Persons:" to "Total amount of peole"
Of course, this will lead to one person that is too much at the end.
And now my suggestion.
1. I change the text in the language file as described
2. I search for the part in one of the files in the Amelia plugin folder where the summary is build. There should be the variable for the amount. I would add -1 to that.
I know that this is only a temporary solution, but otherwise I cannot use your plugin. I hope you can help me, becauase so far I wasn´t able to find the string.

Thank you for your inquire.
Sorry for late response, we are not working on weekends.
Maybe changing the text will do the trick here. Also add the explanation in that text.
Words can be changed using POEDIT or Loco Translate for example very easily. I suggest you to install Loco Translate and then to translate these string.
If you want to use POEDIT then this is an instruction:
1. Download the Amelia plugin from our TMS Store or from email that you receive when you made purchase and save the .zip file on your computer.
2. Unzip downloaded .zip file.
3. You need to download and install POEDIT.
4. After that open the program and open the file from the extracted folder on your computer ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/wpamelia-fr_FR.po.
5. Translate all the strings that are not translated ( or change the text)
6. Save the translation.
7. Go to ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/ folder and copy these two files called wpamelia-fr_FR.po and wpamelia-fr_FR.mo back to your website in the location ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/languages/fr_FR/.
This is example for French language, but you will choose yours.
We will consider this for some future updates so there will be no misunderstanding.

But again:

If the customer selects 6 additional person, with him there will be 7 people in der booking overview.
This will cause many problens.
Due to that, I need to set up the WHOLE amount of players.

For the changing the SUM option this will require code customization.
JS files are modified (minimized) in public version of plugin (in our development environment is accessible), but unfortunately I can not send you our source code because that is the policy of our company.
All those files that have extension .vue are compressed and minimized in JS files that is very hard and not recommended modifying. So in order to add some other features you can unminify the js and customize it.
But this is highly not recommended since this can break some other plugin features like employees, service capacity etc.
I will forward this to our development and see if we can maybe add an option to enable or disable this logic for some future updates.
