Can you please guide me how to see the log of transactions during creating and editing an appointment.
We need to know the name of employee / customer who has rescheduled or cancelled an existing appointment as we have an issue and disciplinary actions have to be taken.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
There is no data stored about who changed the appointment and when. If you don't want your employees to be able to reschedule their appointments, you can disable that in Amelia Settings/Roles settings/Employee.
We kindly request you to please include this feature in the coming release.
Earlier our receptionist was maintaining a record of all such changes in appointments. Now, with Amelia, we are unable to monitor such updates.
Amelia has being used since December 2019 and now we cannot disable the feature that "our employees to be able to reschedule their appointments, you can disable that in Amelia Settings/Roles settings/Employee".
We would be grateful if you could provide a log trail for all such transaction.
I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
I'm not sure what you mean by your other comment, though. If you go to Amelia Settings/Roles settings/Employee you will see this:
So, for your employees to be able to change their appointments, you would need to enable "Manage their appointments". If you want them to configure their working hours, enable "Configure their schedule". If you want them to configure services they're assigned to, enable "Configure their services".
