Hello, is possible to show some how employee (organizator) for event? I checked your demo frontend and backend, it is possible to setup employee for event, but i dont see it anywhere on the frontend part of the website. What is tha reason for choosing him, when it is not visible nowhere?
It would be nice to for example show is name and photo somewhere in the list of the events, or event detail, or be possible to filter by employee.

If you assign employee for the event that will be shown in the employee calendar and in that period the employee will be unavailable for appointments - that is the reason why.
It is not possible to filter by employee, but you can add employee name as a tag and that why you can filter by tag. Also in Description you can add information about the employee.
