calendar should show the time depending on the person's location. however, it just keeps showing JST (despite having people from US or Europe logging in, still shows them JST Japan time).
Why? I've turned on the option since day 1 to show time per person's location and was working fine. not sure what the latest update did...
There is only an option to show time slots in the customers' timezone in Amelia, and this option is enabled/disabled in Amelia -> Settings -> General . Could you please tell me have you enabled this option and it doesn't work?
If you are referring to employees' panel, there isn't a possibility to show the employees' timezone , the employees' are all in the timezone set in your WP general settings, that is applied to Amelia. We had some issue with showing appointments in other timezones in the panel, but that wasn't meant to be that way as it wasn't implemented everywhere properly so fixed that.
We have this feature in our to-do list - employees to have their timezones - but for now we can't say when it will be implemented.
Yes I have that option enabled under settings general. And no I am referring to the customer. customer logs in from US or from Europe, still sees JST time. this issue didnt occur before.
As this isn't an issue on our testing website, and we can't reproduce the issue, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look.
If you have some test customer account for the panel , please send us these credentials as well.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thank you for checking. I VPN to germany, the time still appears as JST. I VPN to New York, the time still appears as JST. How come it works for you and not for me?
Apologies for replying a bit later, we don't work on weekends.
You are welcome. Unfortunately, VPN won't give correct results in some cases, maybe most cases, so please change your computer timezone setting - change the timezone to another one - and restart your browser and check then if you see different time slots on the front-end.
