An update - I think it might not work for me because my status is Admin - does the Customer Frontend only work for Amelia Customers? If so, is there a way I can access my customer panel to test the system?
Another update - after a bit of fiddling around I got it to work. its great.
I think I've been having trouble with the shortcodes because I've been copying and pasting them from the FAQ (https://wpamelia.com/faq/) where they are in bold. does this have an effect on their function? My method that works is to paste the shortcode into a text editor and remove all the formatting before copying that and pasting it into WP.
another update: now the frontend isn't working for me. i just get a spinning hourglass. i've also had a report from a customer that only some of the events she had booked were showing up in her Customer Panel.
Administrators have access to everything, so that wouldn't stop you from viewing the customer panel. Also, different font styling doesn't affect shortcodes, so them being in bold shouldn't have anything to do with this.
For the booking form to load, you need to add an Employee, create a Category and a Service, and assign the employee to that service. This is the most common reason for this kind of issues.
You can check the customer panel of a customer you've created, but you cannot log into your customer's customer panel if that was the question.
Can you please show me what issues you're having at the moment, and then provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue? We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

Thanks for your response. I'm using the plugin only for events, not for appointments or services. I don't know if this has an effect on the Customer Panel displaying correctly.
Customers are managing to book tickets for events, but they are not seeing all of them in their Customer Panel.
I will sort out a temporary login for you to check it out
Hello,
if i use the
[ameliacustomerpanel events=1] shortcode in a page, i get nothing appear - just a rolling hourglass.
if i strip this back to just
[ameliacustomerpanel] then i get a 'there are no results' message, even when i expect results.
any ideas what might be going wrong?

is there any way that i (as admin) can access a customer's frontend customer panel to check it?
