We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    I have a very big problem with my customer, my customer hate the manually process to change the status paidment, he said that process is too waste time and low pratical, its more pratical if every appointment on-site it's already payed and if the client don't arrives, my customer cancel that appointment.

    please help me! the customer refuse pay the website if I don't fix this thing, I spent a lot of hours in this project and I bought your software for this customer.

    Hello Raphael, 

    There isn't a possibility for the on-site payments to have paid status automatically in the Payment status in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately. This would require some modification of the plugin, and that isn't covered by our support. I can only add it as a feature request to our list, or add your vote to it if there is such request, but I can't say if and when it could be implemented, sadly.
