We have a problem with one of the e-mail notifications. We configured customer panel and let clients to cancel event bookings. So far we have working notifications:
Reservation confirmation send to Client
Reservation confirmation send to Employee
Cancellation confirmation send to Client
But despite checking appriopriate checkbox on Notifications configuration page, there is no
Cancellation confirmation send to Employee
And this notification is VERY important for our staff.
What could went wrong? Maybe some additional permissions are necessary? Which ones?
If one notification works, so should all of them. Especially when these notifications are not scheduled notifications, so they don't need the cron job.
Did you double-check if that notification has been enabled in Notifications/Employee?
If yes, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Unfortunately in cases like this we cannot help without taking a look at your website. The notification function is too simple not to work - if one email works, so should all.
