In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hello, I'm facing an issue in Stripe payment.
I already asked the same question in one thread, raised support ticket personally. it's been 1 week since I was seeking a help but didn't get satisficed answers.

Thank you for your purchase.
I tried the booking process on your website, and there is an error for Stripe there, please look at the attachment. You have provided wrong credentials for Stripe, in the place where you should add publishable key, it seems like you added the secret key. So, please check again your credentials from Stripe and check what you have copied to Amelia fields in Amelia -> Settings -> Payments.
