Amelia Customer Panel - WooCommerce My Account Integration

    Hi Amelia support,

I am trying to integrate Amelia Customer Panel into our existing WooCommerce My Account page as we want a single place our customers can see all their purchases, delivery status, change their details, and view their upcoming appointments & events.

When I add the shortcode [ameliacustomerpanel] to the WooCommerce My Account page, I get a login prompt even though the Wordpress user is logged in.  When I disable the login requirement under Settings > Roles > Customer, I get another prompt asking for an email.

Is there any way to just show the customer panel without having a secondary login or email prompt?  Ideally we want it to be integrated into the standard WooCommerce/WordPress user account.

As we are using WooCommerce to process the payments for Amelia, customers have to create an WC/WP account at checkout so all customers will have an account.

    Many thanks,

    Tim

ok I think I have solved this.  I was logged in as admin and didn't have the Amelia Customer role which was causing the prompt to come up instead of the customer panel
