I enter the TMS Store Purchase Code for Formidable Forms Integration but cannot press the activate button.
I was able to activate Powerful Filters and Master-Detail by entering the Purchase Code with no problems.

Search for FormidableForms from.
Once installed and activated, the TMS Store Purchase Code was successfully activated.
