Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here because this ticket is private and nobody can see it except us.
Hello, There's nothing in the plugin that would cause this type of behaviour. Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed. Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue. We also see that you made quite a few changes to the plugin already, so we cannot guarantee that it hasn't affected this. We do not provide support for customizations you did by yourself, so the best way to troubleshoot this issue would be (as mentioned above) - try deactivating other plugins, and changing the theme temporarily, and see if that resolves the issue. If not - try using Amelia on localhost, or a staging site, and see if it normally works (it should). Unfortunately, in cases like this, you will probably need to retrace your steps, to see when the issue occurred.
You mean the default WordPress theme can broke your plugin - if this is true I only can imagine what other themes will cause to it?! If the plugin dont work with an default WordPress what is your SUGGESTION for theme then?
Aslo all the changes are made with CSS - the only major change to me is the translation. Are you technical - how the confirm booking form is different from other where this fields must be displayed?
Also the great disable plugin idea dont resolve anything!
Any WordPress theme can break plugin's CSS, especially when using the new version of WordPress, and plugin version that was released over 6 months ago. Amelia 2.6 will not work properly with WordPress 5.5.1, so please update it to the latest version (2.9.2).
I assume you didn't update the plugin because you'd have to reimplement all customizations you did, but unfortunately when WordPress 5.5 was released all plugins needed to be updated to be compatible with it. Amelia is no different.
On top of that, TwentyTwenty is not a very friendly theme (to say the least), as it tends to overwrite CSS of a lot of front-end based plugins.
To resolve the issue with this version installed, you can add this CSS to the [ameliabooking] page:
However, I would strongly suggest updating the plugin to the latest version, as previous versions are not supported, and should be used for testing purposes only.
Hello
Can someone to explain me why my custom fields are displayed only when I make reservation from the search shortcode??!

But are displayed here https://sport.business-bookin.com/%d0%ba%d0%b0%d1%82%d0%b0%d0%bb%d0%be%d0%b3-%d1%81-%d1%82%d1%8a%d1%80%d1%81%d0%b0%d1%87%d0%ba%d0%b0/
